Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to logistics and warehouse operations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in logistics data to uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing service levels.
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Design and implement data models and analytical frameworks.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in logistics data analysis.
• Communicate findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on logistics or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data mining techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
