Placements24 is seeking a skilled Video Editor to join their production team for remote work. You will assemble raw footage into engaging narratives for marketing content, online series, and corporate communications, using a professional setup from home.

The ideal candidate has a strong demo reel, expertise in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and a keen eye for pacing, color, and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong demo reel.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and post-production workflows.
• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines remotely.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content according to project briefs.
• Incorporate graphics, music, sound effects, and color correction to enhance visual appeal.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and clients to incorporate feedback and revisions.
• Ensure all edits meet technical specifications for various distribution platforms.
• Maintain an organized project workflow and manage digital assets effectively.
