Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a talented Video Editor with motion graphics expertise to join a fully remote creative team. You will transform raw footage into polished content, adding dynamic motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and VFX to support brand campaigns.

You'll manage the post-production workflow from home, collaborate with directors and producers, and ensure assets are organized for a remote, distributed team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Advanced skills in After Effects and animation principles.
• Knowledge of color correction, grading, sound design, and codecs.
• Strong self-management for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Edit video footage, ensuring seamless narrative flow, pacing, and overall coherence for a variety of projects.
• Create and integrate visually stunning motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects to enhance video content and storytelling.
• Perform sound editing and mixing to ensure professional audio quality and impact.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Manage and organize video assets, project files, and render outputs efficiently in a remote workflow.
