Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote product development team. You will translate user needs into intuitive interfaces, conduct user research, and iterate on designs to maximize usability and visual appeal.

Responsibilities include creating wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile, developing design systems, and collaborating with product managers and developers to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of digital products.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, testing, and heuristic evaluations to identify user needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile.
• Design intuitive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and user experience goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data insights.
