Placements24 is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join a remote-first digital products team from Port Elizabeth. You will design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile, conduct user research, and translate insights into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visuals.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders across projects. The role requires 3+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

Qualifications

3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
