Placements24 is seeking an analytical and empathetic UI/UX Researcher to join a fully remote product development team. You will understand user needs, translate findings into actionable insights, and collaborate with designers and product managers to champion user voices.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in UX research, advanced degrees in related fields, and proven experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional UX research experience.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a fully remote team and managing projects independently.
• Proficiency with research tools and platforms for surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute user research studies (usability testing, interviews, surveys, ethnographic research).
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points and opportunities.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to integrate user feedback into design and strategy.
