Job summary

Bionic Talent is seeking a detail-oriented US Immigration Paralegal to support family-based immigration matters for a US law firm client. The role involves case preparation, document collection, client communication, legal research, and managing deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of US immigration paralegal experience, a law degree or attorney background from their home country, and strong English skills. Remote work is fully available, with CST working hours.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a US Immigration Paralegal.
Strong experience with US family-based immigration cases.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review immigration petitions, applications, supporting documents, and legal correspondence.
Support family-based immigration matters, including petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing.
Collect, review, and organize client documents and supporting evidence.
Track case deadlines, USCIS notices, filing requirements, and RFEs.
Communicate with clients to collect information and missing documentation.
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
Maintain organized and accurate case files and case management records.
Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
