Job summary

Bionic Talent is partnering with a US-based law firm to hire a Paralegal who supports US immigration and family-based matters. The role is fully remote, requiring meticulous case preparation, document collection, and client communication.

You will assist attorneys with petitions, deadlines, USCIS notices, and RFEs, while maintaining organized case files. US immigration paralegal experience and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a US Immigration Paralegal.
• Strong experience with US family-based immigration cases.
• Law degree or attorney experience in home country preferred.
• Strong understanding of USCIS processes and immigration terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadline management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases remotely.
• Experience with Clio or Docketwise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review immigration petitions, applications, supporting documents, and legal correspondence.
• Support family-based immigration matters, including petitions and consular processing.
• Collect, review, and organize client documents and supporting evidence.
• Track case deadlines, USCIS notices, filing requirements, and RFEs.
• Communicate with clients to collect information and missing documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and case management records.
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
