Job summary

Talent Shore is seeking a Remote Resourcer, Tutors to manage the tutor journey from first contact to compliance, interview, briefing and readiness for teaching. This role supports the Education division and works remotely from a private home office.

You will collaborate with Tutor consultants and achieve high standards of safeguarding and regulatory compliance. The position emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, thorough vetting, and strong candidate management to ensure safe, effective tutoring

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or high-volume administrative roles.
• Familiarity with safeguarding, DBS or equivalent vetting processes is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tutor files across multiple stages.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified tutors and teachers via job boards, CRM, social channels and referrals.
• Screen candidates through structured calls and online registrations, verifying qualifications and DBS status.
• Maintain compliant tutor records in the CRM and provide daily updates to the Remote Team Manager.
• Coordinate onboarding, timesheets and profile creation for client handover.
