Talent Shore Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Support professional to assist our consultants in sourcing, engaging, and coordinating trades and labour candidates.

You will help maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support administration and compliance tasks. Based in South Africa, this remote role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the willingness to learn ATS processes.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and clear written/ verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Willingness to learn ATS processes and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals; support consultants with shortlisting and candidate prep.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track communications, statuses, and compliance.
• Generate weekly pipeline activity and availability reports; assist with labour management and GDPR/compliance administration.
