Job summary

Talent Shore is seeking a Remote Education Resourcer & Compliance Coordinator to own the candidate journey from initial contact through to full compliance, registration and work-ready handover. You will screen, vet and document candidates for education settings, ensuring safeguarding and DBS requirements are met.

Working from a private home office, you will operate UK hours (08:00–16:30), sourcing across SEND, primary, secondary and school facilities, with an emphasis on accurate records and

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, compliance, vetting, onboarding or high-volume administrative roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English with confident telephone/video manner.
• Proven attention to detail with documentation and data entry.
• Highly organised with ability to manage many candidate files across stages.
• Able to follow fixed procedures and escalate when unclear.
• Experience with CRM/ATS and MS 365 tools essential.
• Able to work UK hours from a private home office.
• Experience in education recruitment or regulated sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source teaching, teaching assistant, SEND, tutor and school support candidates via job boards, CRM, social media and referrals.
• Write and post role adverts reflecting live demand.
• Proactive outreach to build candidate pipelines ahead of demand.
• Re-engage lapsed candidates in CRM.
• Maintain accurate candidate availability by location, phase, subject and specialism.
• Carry out structured telephone initial calls and video registrations.
• Record full employment history and explain any gaps.
• Assess candidate suitability, experience and safeguarding knowledge.
• Confirm availability, travel radius, pay expectations and restrictions.
• Record reasons for unsuitable candidates.
