Qualifications

• Proven experience in tourism product development, experience design, or itinerary planning.
• Deep understanding of the travel industry, consumer behaviour, and emerging tourism trends.
• Exceptional creativity, storytelling ability, and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify unique travel opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative tourism experiences and itineraries that align with market trends and client expectations.
• Research and identify unique local attractions, cultural activities, and authentic experiences to incorporate into packages.
• Collaborate with local service providers, guides, and operators to ensure the quality and feasibility of proposed experiences.
• Create detailed descriptions, visuals, and marketing content to effectively promote the designed tourism experiences.
• Analyze feedback on existing experiences and continuously refine offerings for optimal guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all designed experiences adhere to safety standards, sustainability principles, and logistical feasibility.
