You will collect, clean, and interpret complex telecom datasets, producing insights that drive service improvements, efficiency, and revenue opportunities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in telecoms.
• Degree in statistics, data science, mathematics, economics, or related field.
• Proficient in SQL, Python or R for analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform large telecom datasets.
• Analyze network performance, user behavior, and market trends.
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, reduce costs, and grow revenue.
