Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications systems design, architecture, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, MPLS, VoIP, SIP, wireless (4G/5G), and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience in solution architecture or pre-sales engineering.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive telecommunications solutions, including voice, data, mobile, and cloud-based services, tailored to client needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Lead pre-sales technical discussions and present solution proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure alignment with market demands.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concept deployments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and best practice guides.
• Provide expert technical consultation and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay at the forefront of telecommunications trends, including 5G, SDN/NFV, IoT, and cloud integration.
• Mentor junior technical staff and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party technologies and solutions to enhance our client's offerings.

Requirements

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in telecommunications systems design, architecture, and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of various telecommunications technologies such as IP networking, MPLS, VoIP, SIP, wireless (4G/5G), and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and their integration with telecommunications solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., Visio) and familiarity with industry standards.
• Experience with large-scale deployments and complex multi-vendor environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
