Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Telecom Network Specialist to join our expanding team. This remote role supports operations across regions, focusing on remote management, monitoring, and support of complex networks to ensure uptime and performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in telecom network operations, strong IP networking knowledge (BGP/OSPF) and experience with Nagios or Zabbix. Remote collaboration and on-call flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in telecom network operations or support.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing (BGP/OSPF), and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor network performance and implement proactive fixes.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network incidents.
• Perform configuration changes on network devices via remote access.
• Collaborate with field teams and other tech units to resolve issues.
