Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech, digital or creative agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong ATS skills and love of streamlined workflows.
• Global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Own the full hiring cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline and inform hiring managers.
