Job summary

Talent Shore in Johannesburg is seeking a 180 Resourcer/ Candidate Researcher to support a US construction recruitment business. This fully remote role is based in South Africa and requires alignment with US client delivery from a SA hub.

You will identify and engage candidates, build pipelines, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with UK consultants to meet high-volume placement targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months’ recruitment experience in US/ UK construction preferred
• Perm recruitment experience within the UK/ US is a non-negotiable
• Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to professionals over the phone
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Self-sufficient and able to work remotely with minimal supervision
• Strong administrative and communication abilities
• Positive, proactive, and resilient mindset
• Team player with a strong willingness to learn and develop
• Experience recruiting within one or more of the following sectors would be highly advantageous: Construction, Civil Engineering, White-collar construction recruitment, Technical or professional services recruitment

Responsibilities

• Support US construction recruitment delivery across the US (West Coast).
• Identify and engage candidates, manage recruitment processes, maintain candidate pipelines.
• Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability for live vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates within the US construction market.
