Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to support a Swati speech data collection project. You will work remotely, recording spontaneous Swati speech and annotating data to help evaluate and improve AI models.

Ideal candidates are native Swati speakers with strong English comprehension and attention to detail. Prior recording or annotation experience is a plus, but not required; flexible, task-based hours are available, with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Advanced English to understand instructions.
• Experience in speech data annotation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous Swati speech per project guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations (e.g., conversations).
• Complete conversational speech tasks or voice-text interactions with AI systems.
• Annotate collected speech data per instructions.
• Provide metadata related to each recording.
