Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to help build Swati speech data for next-gen AI systems. This remote, freelance role involves recording spontaneous speech from real-life scenarios and annotating data to support evaluation and development.

Start immediately with a flexible schedule (about 2–4 hours per day). Compensation is 8 USD per hour, with reliable payments and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Swati and solid grasp of English for instructions.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous Swati speech per guidelines.
• Capture speech from real-life situations such as workplace or casual conversations.
• Complete conversational tasks or voice/text interactions with AI systems.
• Annotate speech data according to project instructions and metadata.
• Provide required information and metadata for each recording.
