Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to join a Swati speech data collection project and support the evaluation and development of next-generation AI technologies.

Work is remote on a flexible, task-based schedule (approximately 2–4 hours daily) with immediate start. You will record spontaneous Swati speech, annotate data, and provide metadata to help improve AI speech models. This freelance role offers ongoing remote opportunities and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Swati.
• Advanced level English to understand written instructions.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous Swati speech according to project guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations (workplace conversations, casual discussions).
• Complete conversational speech tasks or voice-text interactions with AI systems.
• Annotate collected speech data according to instructions.
• Provide metadata related to each recording.
