Job summary

You will drive green building principles, energy efficiency, and eco-conscious strategies from concept to completion.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver high-performance buildings, researching materials, technologies, and certifications while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Sustainable Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in architectural practice, with a significant focus on sustainable design.
• Demonstrable experience in applying sustainable design principles and achieving green building certifications.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., IES VE, EnergyPlus) and sustainability assessment tools.
• Strong knowledge of green building materials, technologies, and passive design strategies.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and environmental regulations.
• Relevant certifications such as LEED AP or Green Star Accredited Professional are highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
