Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization in Sustainable Design.
• Minimum 10 years progressive architectural experience, 5+ in sustainable/green projects.
• Professional SACAP registration is highly preferred.
• Expertise in building science and performance analysis tools (Ecotect, EnergyPlus).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and development of sustainable architectural strategies for projects across various sectors.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, with a specialization in Sustainable Design or Environmental Architecture.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years focused specifically on sustainable and green building projects.
• Professional registration with SACAP is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in sustainable design principles, building science, and performance analysis tools (e.g., Ecotect, EnergyPlus).
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams and complex projects effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and other relevant design and visualization tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills, adapted for a remote work environment.
• Experience with international green building rating systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful sustainable architectural projects is essential.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with excellent time management skills, capable of working autonomously.
