The role requires a Master’s in Architecture with Sustainable Design and 6+ years of related experience, familiar with Green Star SA and LEED frameworks, and proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization in Sustainable Design or Environmental Science.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience focused on sustainable architecture and green building practices.
• Proven experience with energy modeling software (eQUEST, IES VE) and LCA tools.
• In-depth knowledge of green building rating systems (e.g., Green Star SA, LEED AP is highly desirable).
• Strong understanding of building physics, passive design strategies, and renewable energy technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of sustainable design strategies across all project phases.
• Conduct energy modeling, life cycle assessments, and environmental impact analyses.
• Research and recommend sustainable materials, technologies, and construction methods.
• Collaborate with design teams to integrate passive design strategies, renewable energy systems, and water-efficient solutions.
