Placements24 seeks a remote Supply Chain Operations Lead to optimize end-to-end processes from sourcing to delivery across global operations. You will lead planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory control, driving cost reductions and efficiency gains.

The role requires 5–7 years in supply chain ops, strong analytics, and expertise with ERP/WMS/TMS. Excellent virtual collaboration and vendor management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or APICS certification (preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain operations or management roles.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Experience with supply chain planning and execution systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and cut costs.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align activities with business goals.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics providers, negotiating contracts and SLAs.
• Oversee inventory management and demand forecasting to maintain optimal stock.
• Implement and manage supply chain technologies to enhance visibility and performance.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks with contingency plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, costs, and key metrics for senior management.
