Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a data-driven and analytical Remote Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. This full-remote role focuses on optimizing supply chain operations through data analysis, forecasting, and process improvements.

You will work independently with multiple departments to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (Tableau/Power BI).
• Excellent understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data, including demand forecasts, inventory levels, lead times, and transportation costs.
• Identify KPIs and develop dashboards and reports to track supply chain performance.
• Collaborate remotely with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop models and scenarios to evaluate the impact of proposed changes on the supply chain.
• Assist in demand planning and inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.
• Research and recommend supply chain technologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
