Placements24 is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our remote team, supporting Bloemfontein operations. You will coordinate logistics, manage inventory levels, and liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize efficiency from a remote location.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in SCM/Logistics/Business and 2–4 years of related experience. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, with a focus on inventory and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in SCM/Logistics/Business.
• 2-4 years experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or procurement.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
• Manage inventory levels and participate in stocktakes and reconciliations.
• Communicate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate data entry into supply chain systems.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
