Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to manage remote logistics operations based out of Bloemfontein. This role drives efficient inventory levels and transportation logistics for a remote-first retail business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics, preferably in a remote operational setting.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, transportation, and warehousing principles.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Manage transportation logistics, including carrier selection, negotiating rates, and tracking shipments.
