Qualifications

• Proven experience in substance abuse counseling and addiction treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' substance abuse history, mental health, and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear recovery goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Educate clients on addiction, relapse prevention and coping strategies.
• Facilitate support groups and connect clients with community resources for ongoing recovery.
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in line with ethical and legal standards.
