Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sourcing plans for key spend categories.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify optimal sourcing opportunities and potential risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams in supplier selection, evaluation, and due diligence processes.
• Negotiate high-value contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures with global suppliers.
• Manage and nurture strategic supplier relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and innovation.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives, forecasting savings and tracking performance against targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal business units to understand their needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Develop and implement category management strategies to optimize spend and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in strategic sourcing and procurement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sourcing activities.
