Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Proven experience in R&D, particularly within specialty chemicals or advanced materials.
• Strong background in synthesis, formulation, and characterization techniques.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and scientific software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments to develop and optimize new chemical formulations and processes.
• Design and execute experiments for product characterization and performance evaluation.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive research reports.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, and manufacturing.
