Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Special Needs Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with diverse learning needs.
• Understanding of special education principles, methodologies, and legal frameworks.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group academic and behavioral support to students with special educational needs.
• Implement IEPs and BIPs developed by specialists.
• Assist students in developing essential life skills, academic competencies, and social-emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external therapists to ensure a cohesive support system.
• Adapt learning materials and activities to meet the specific needs of each student.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, observations, and interventions.
