The role focuses on developing and implementing individualized education plans, providing direct instruction, and coordinating with teachers, parents, and support staff to support each student’s growth.

You will leverage educational technology and remote platforms to deliver instruction, assess progress, and adapt curricula for accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Teaching certification or licensure in special education.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with diverse special needs (LD, autism, ADHD).
• Expertise in developing and implementing IEPs.
• Knowledge of assessment tools and diagnostic procedures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with educational technology and remote instruction.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with special needs.
• Provide individualized instruction and small-group support.
• Conduct assessments to monitor progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, therapists, and parents.
