Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to provide remote operational support for a luxury spa brand in South Africa. The role focuses on optimizing spa operations, enhancing client experiences through digital channels, and managing online booking systems from a fully remote position.

You will lead remote initiatives, train on-site teams, monitor performance metrics, and ensure service excellence across all touchpoints while collaborating with marketing to maintain brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of spa management or high-end hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to manage operational processes, staff and client relations.
• Must be based in South Africa and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for on-site spa operations focusing on service delivery.
• Manage and optimize online booking systems and scheduling.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Train on-site staff via virtual means on new protocols.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify improvements.
• Handle escalated client inquiries remotely with prompt resolutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand experience across platforms.
• Assist inventory management and procurement for spa supplies.
• Stay updated on best practices in spa management and remote operations.
