Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred; quota carrying background welcomed.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role is a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SalesLoft.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
