Alignerr Corp. seeks a Soil and Water Conservation Scientist to help shape how AI understands sustainable land and water management. This remote, hourly contract relies on your real-world expertise to improve AI reasoning in environmental science.

Review AI outputs on erosion control and watershed management, provide structured feedback, and work independently on your own schedule. Commitment: 10–40 hours per week with potential for ongoing collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in soil science, hydrology, conservation planning, or a closely related field.
• Strong working knowledge of soil processes, water systems, and conservation best practices.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• No prior AI experience required — domain expertise matters.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content covering soil and water conservation topics for scientific accuracy.
• Assess scenarios related to erosion control, watershed management, soil health, and conservation planning.
• Identify flawed assumptions, unsound reasoning, or impractical recommendations in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve scientific rigor and clarity of AI responses.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
