Job summary

Alignerr is seeking experienced natural resource conservation scientists to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on environmental science, land management, and conservation decision-making.

You will review conservation science questions used in AI training, assess the accuracy of AI-generated content, and provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning. This remote, freelance role offers 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• Able to critically evaluate scientific reasoning and applied recommendations with clarity
• Comfortable reviewing structured written content and delivering detailed, actionable feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment

Nice to Have
