Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Management Consultant to empower South African SMEs with strategic guidance and operational enhancements. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of small businesses, including those in the Mahikeng region.

You will deliver advisory services, lead virtual workshops, and help clients with financial planning and digital adoption, leveraging remote collaboration tools to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting , business advisory, or a similar role, with a focus on SMEs.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance and practical solutions to small businesses.
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business planning tools, financial analysis, and remote collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing SMEs in the South African context.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic advisory services to SMEs, focusing on business planning, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct remote assessments of SME operations, identifying key areas for improvement and development.
• Develop practical, actionable strategies and implementation plans tailored to the unique needs and resources of small businesses.
• Deliver virtual workshops and training sessions to SME owners and staff on business management topics.
• Assist clients with financial planning, resource allocation, and digital adoption strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients through consistent virtual communication and support.
