Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital strategy, digital marketing, or management consulting with a digital focus.
• Experience advising SMEs or supporting digital initiatives in smaller organizations.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce, social media and basic cloud tech.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts simply.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.

• Assess digital maturity and needs of SME clients.
