Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in cosmetic formulation, focusing on skincare.
• Deep knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, their functions, safety profiles, and interactions.
• Proven experience developing serums, creams, lotions, cleansers, masks.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques for product characterization and quality control.
• Strong understanding of global cosmetic regulations (FDA, EU, ASEAN).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in data analysis and documentation software.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of working independently remotely.

Responsibilities
