Placements24 is seeking a Remote Skincare Consultant and Virtual Advisor to support clients nationwide from a home-based setup near Bloemfontein. You will deliver personalized skincare advice, product recommendations, and virtual consultations via video calls, chat, and email.

You will guide customers on skincare ingredients, product usage, and treatment protocols, maintain client records, and collaborate with marketing to create educational content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Skincare Consultant, Esthetician, or Dermatologist's Assistant.
• In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and cosmetic ingredients.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for virtual interactions.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional remote workspace.
• A passion for skincare and a genuine desire to help clients improve their skin health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual skincare consultations via video conferencing, phone, and chat platforms.
• Analyze client skin concerns and recommend appropriate products and treatment protocols.
