Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction supervision or project management.
• Experience managing projects remotely using digital tools and reporting software.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and QA/QC.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote oversight and management of construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular virtual site inspections and progress reporting using advanced digital platforms and drone technology.
• Monitor site safety compliance and implement corrective actions as needed, communicating urgent issues promptly.
• Coordinate with on-site foremen and teams to resolve issues, manage resources, and maintain productivity.
• Review and approve daily site reports, progress photos, and documentation submitted by on-site personnel.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process, identifying deviations.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, approvals, and inspection records, in a digital format.
• Facilitate clear and concise communication channels between all project stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for remote project oversight.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency with project management software, BIM tools, and virtual communication platforms.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
