Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop new short-term insurance products for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify opportunities.
• Define features, pricing structures, and underwriting guidelines.
• Develop compliant policy wordings, terms, and conditions.
• Collaborate with actuarial, legal, compliance, marketing, and IT throughout development.
