Job summary

Jellyfish is seeking an SEO Director to lead SEO strategy for enterprise clients within Earned Media. You will manage roadmaps, mentor teams, and drive innovation across technical SEO, content, and PR programs. Engage senior clients and shape processes for scalable success.

You will guide measurement frameworks, deliver executive-level recommendations, and champion AI-driven optimization and data science applications to improve growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level SEO strategy and delivering organic growth.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, JS frameworks, and web performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own SEO strategies across main client accounts with technical, content, and authority-building approaches.
• Be the primary strategic consultant for clients, delivering high-level SEO insights and driving measurable growth.
• Collaborate with Content, Digital PR, and Paid Media teams for an integrated Earned Media strategy.
• Own SEO measurement frameworks and use GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio for reporting.
