Qualifications

• Proven expertise in custom WordPress development, including themes, templates, plugins and blocks.
• Strong PHP skills with modern front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to scope work to client business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in English with excellent client communication.
• Experience leading builds and owning development outcomes, not just ticket-close tasks.
