Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or related field.
• Current and unrestricted professional license (e.g., HPCSA registration).
• Minimum 6 years of post-licensure psychotherapy experience.
• Proven telehealth delivery experience and ethical remote practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations via secure video platforms.
• Develop, implement and manage evidence-based treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions across modalities (CBT/DBT/psychodynamic).
• Offer crisis intervention for acute distress and emergencies.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation per standards and policies.
• Collaborate with a remote multidisciplinary team for case consultation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and remote service protocol improvement.
• Ensure data privacy and security in all remote interactions and records.
• Provide supervision/mentorship to junior therapists if applicable.
