Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, or logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, advanced Excel, statistical software).
• Experience with supply chain planning software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) / Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a remote setting.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business value through supply chain optimization.
• Experience in a global supply chain environment is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop complex models and forecasts to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor supply chain health and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, sales) to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to inventory management, logistics networks, and supplier performance.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed supply chain initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market dynamics impacting the supply chain.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes within the supply chain function.
