Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant specializing in Strategy & Transformation to guide clients through major business changes from a remote setting. You will shape strategic roadmaps, drive value, and partner with executive leadership across South Africa, inclusive of East London.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent, 7+ years in consulting or corporate strategy, and a proven ability to lead complex transformations remotely.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategy development, or corporate strategy roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex strategic transformation projects and to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation.
• Develop corporate and business unit strategies including market entry, growth, and competitive positioning.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost reduction, and performance enhancement.
• Drive the adoption of new business models and technologies to achieve client objectives.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships for satisfaction and repeat business.
