Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Management Consultant for a fully remote role serving clients nationwide. You will lead virtual engagements, develop strategic recommendations for senior executives, and drive significant business transformations from a home-based setup.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in management consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven ability to mentor teams in a distributed, virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic projects and driving significant business change.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Miro, Asana) and remote project management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, adapted for virtual interaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex client consulting projects entirely through virtual channels.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior executives using advanced digital presentation tools.
• Analyze business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and design strategic solutions.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and collaborative sessions to drive consensus and action planning.
• Manage client relationships and expectations remotely, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
