You will manage venues (virtual or physical), vendors, budgets, and schedules while coordinating closely with athletes, coaches, officials, sponsors, and digital teams.

The role requires 4+ years in sports event coordination, strong organizational skills, and excellent remote communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute sports events from a remote capacity.
• Manage logistics: venue selection (virtual or physical), vendors, budgets, scheduling.
• Liaise with athletes, coaches, officials, sponsors, and stakeholders digitally.
• Develop event plans, timelines, and contingency strategies.
• Oversee event marketing and promotion with digital media teams.
• Manage participant registrations and communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare detailed reports.
