Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of software development with mentoring or training experience.
- Expertise in Java, Python, C# and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation and instructional design skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum for software development training.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, live and recorded, for engineers at various levels.
- Create hands-on labs, coding exercises, and assessment materials.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in software development.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and promote continuous learning.
